kATIE CAMPBELL, MS, NBC-HWC

Katie Campbell is a board-certified health and wellness coach, breathwork and meditation facilitator, and the founder of Mindful Constitution Integrative Wellness. Drawing from studies in psychology, integrative wellness, nutrition, and functional medicine, she blends science, soul, and lived experience in the way she supports women.

Katie’s work was informed by not only her educational background but also her own sober curious (turned sober) journey in 2020, when she began to see how many highly sensitive, creative, deep-feeling women were using alcohol or other coping behaviors to dim their brilliance in a world that doesn’t always feel built for them. She believes sensitive souls aren’t “too much”; they’re the medicine. Their nuance, empathy, intuition, and thoughtful perspective are exactly what the world needs more of.

In her life’s work, Katie supports women in releasing the booze or behaviors that dim their brilliance and reconnecting to their nervous systems, creativity, spirituality, and authentic power. If you ask her what creates a vibrant life, she’ll tell you: deep spiritual connection, meaningful community, creative expression, authenticity, and physical vitality.

When she’s not working one-on-one with clients, you can find her hosting Sober Curious Sister Circles in her cozy garden yurt in Ipswich, collaborating with local healers on intimate gatherings, nerding out on The Mindful Constitution Podcast, getting in over her head with another DIY home reno project with her carpenter hubby or getting her hands dirty in her garden. She loves growing cut flowers and sharing them in her little roadside flower stand, because she believes these small bits of shared beauty are what make life magical.

She’s also a proud mom to a busy toddler, which keeps her grounded, present, and very humble!

Within the SOULVIDA collective, Katie brings her love of connection, nervous system regulation, creative expression, and feminine wisdom into retreat spaces that feel both expansive and deeply safe; experiences where women can soften, awaken, and come home to themselves.
