Soulvida WOMEN’S RETREAT:
BLOSSOM INTO SPRING
A Soulvida immersive day of renewal, connection & embodied healing
FELIX FAMILY FARM — SUNDAY MAY 17 11AM-4PM
As the landscape shifts into the fullness of spring, Soulvida invites women to gather for a restorative day retreat at Felix Family Farm in Ipswich.
This intimate gathering offers a spacious opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with the body, the natural world, and the deeper wisdom within.
Held within the peaceful farm setting and seasonal tulip fields, the retreat is designed to support restoration, creative expression, and meaningful connection through a blend of movement, reflection, and nature-based experiences.
Throughout the day, participants will be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage in practices that nourish the nervous system while encouraging authentic self-discovery.
The Retreat Experience
The retreat unfolds as a gentle rhythm of guided practices, reflective moments, and time spent connecting with nature.
A central element of the day is a teaching and ceremonial experience led by featured facilitator Carmen Dominguez, LMHC, who weaves together modern neuroscience and Toltec wisdom traditions. Through storytelling, reflection, and experiential guidance, participants are invited to explore new insight and reconnect with their authentic inner voice.
Between group experiences, participants will have time to move through the farm landscape, relax, and integrate the practices of the day.
Integrative Healing & Restorative Experiences
The retreat includes a variety of wellness offerings designed to encourage presence, creativity, and renewal.
Experiences include:
