As spring arrives on the North Shore, Soulvida invites women to gather for an intimate evening of reflection, creativity, and connection at Felix Family Farm in Ipswich.

This sacred workshop offers a restorative pause from the pace of daily life and creates space to reconnect inwardly while surrounded by the beauty of the blooming tulip fields and waxing crescent moon illuminating the night sky.

Blending expressive arts, ancient wisdom teachings, and nature-based practices, this evening experience is designed to support emotional clarity, nervous system restoration, and authentic self-expression.

The Evening Experience

Women will be guided through a thoughtfully curated sequence of experiential practices designed to encourage reflection, creativity, and meaningful connection.

The evening will feature a teaching and ceremonial cacao experience led by featured facilitator Carmen Dominguez, LMHC, who integrates modern neuroscience with Toltec wisdom traditions to support insight, self-awareness, and personal alignment.

Participants will also be guided through an expressive arts exploration of the chakra system, led by expressive art therapist, Gretchen Werner, offering a creative and reflective process to explore emotional themes and inner awareness.

The evening will conclude with time for grounding and restoration through nature and community connection.

Integrative Healing & Restorative Practices

Throughout the evening, participants will experience a variety of integrative wellness offerings designed to support regulation and embodiment.

Experiences include:

• Toltec wisdom teachings and cacao ceremony

• Expressive arts exploration of the chakra system

• Guided reflection and creative integration

• Evening nature walk through the tulip fields

• Time to restore in the wood-fired sauna beside the retreat yurt

• Community connection and closing circle

All offerings are trauma-informed, accessible, and guided with care.

As the landscape shifts into the fullness of spring, Soulvida invites women to gather for a restorative day retreat at Felix Family Farm in Ipswich.

This intimate gathering offers a spacious opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with the body, the natural world, and the deeper wisdom within.

Held within the peaceful farm setting and seasonal tulip fields, the retreat is designed to support restoration, creative expression, and meaningful connection through a blend of movement, reflection, and nature-based experiences.

Throughout the day, participants will be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage in practices that nourish the nervous system while encouraging authentic self-discovery.

The Retreat Experience

The retreat unfolds as a gentle rhythm of guided practices, reflective moments, and time spent connecting with nature.

A central element of the day is a teaching and ceremonial experience led by featured facilitator Carmen Dominguez, LMHC, who weaves together modern neuroscience and Toltec wisdom traditions. Through storytelling, reflection, and experiential guidance, participants are invited to explore new insight and reconnect with their authentic inner voice.

Between group experiences, participants will have time to move through the farm landscape, relax, and integrate the practices of the day.

Integrative Healing & Restorative Experiences

The retreat includes a variety of wellness offerings designed to encourage presence, creativity, and renewal.

Experiences include:

• Toltec wisdom teachings and ceremonial practice with Carmen Dominguez, LMHC

• Vinyasa flow yoga with Samantha Reppucci, LMHC

• Flower crown creation and reflective partner work with Katie Campbell, NBC-HWC

• Guided nature therapy walk with Lindsey Collens, LICSW

• Wood-fired sauna experience beside the retreat yurt

• Mocktail refreshment station with seasonal light fare & catered lunch

• Community circle and closing integration
