Gretchen brings both science and creativity to the world of behavioral health. With years of experience spanning research, program development, and clinical practice, she approaches mental health work with curiosity, compassion, and innovation. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Harvard University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Expressive Arts from Lesley University.
As a registered arts therapist, Gretchen integrates psychodynamic theory with expressive arts to help people discover new ways of understanding themselves. Through storytelling, imagery, movement, and creative exploration, she helps clients transform challenges into opportunities for insight and resilience. Her work is guided by a simple belief: creativity is not just expression—it’s a pathway to healing.
